MediTéra is the project of **Giuseppe** and **Valentina**, a restaurant in Milan, just a few steps from Bocconi University, where Sicily and Puglia meet at the table.
Giuseppe, a passionate chef, brings into the kitchen all the warmth and generosity of the lands of the South: the intense aromas of Sicily and the sunny flavors of Puglia. Together with Valentina, he offers the great classics of these two regions with respect for tradition and great care in choosing ingredients.
Here you can relive grandma’s dishes: from orecchiette with Apulian ragù to Sicilian caponata, from eggplant parmigiana, to desserts that taste of almonds, ricotta, and citrus. Every recipe tells a story of family, sea, countryside, and togetherness.
